UTS COMPOSITE GRAPHITE SHEET

UTS-S (Uniform Temperature Sheet) is made of high performance graphite sheets (HTD graphite sheet).
Key Technologies of Multilayer Graphite:
Improve graphite performance and reduce interface thermal resistance by using special adhesive.
It can effectively replace the ultra-thin vapor chamber (thickness≤0.5mm) with the same thickness for cost reduction.
For example: using new 40um high -carbon high-density graphite sheets, maximize the thermal performance of single layer.
The density of 80um can be above 2.0g/cm3, and the thermal conductivity is close to 1600W/mK.
