The team-building trip in Huangshan of Jiangxi Dasen and in Dalongwan of Dasen Vietnam was successfully held.

The wind in April turned the south of the Yangtze River green, and also stirred our hearts to move forward. As an important part of the group's annual cultural construction, Jiangxi Dasen and Dasen Vietnam separately organized unique management team-building activities recently. One went to Mount Huangshan to experience the grandeur of "returning from the Five Great Mountains and not seeing any mountain", while the other explored Dalongwan, enjoying the poetic and wonderful scenery of "the Sea-Land of Guilin". The two factories synchronized their efforts and carried out the activity in two parallel lines. This was a spring gathering that belonged to "us", unfolding gradually in the landscape.

PART 1 Climbing Mount Huangshan, Cultivating Team Spirit

The management team of Jiangxi Dasen set off on the mountain climbing trail in the early morning light. When the cable car reached halfway up the mountain, the real test began. At the steep sections, colleagues with better physical strength voluntarily took over the backpacks of the female colleagues; "Be careful of the stone steps" was shouted from ahead, and the message was passed down word by word from behind. Some colleagues had injuries on their knees, and everyone advised him to rest for a while. He waved his hand and said, "Team building is about walking together. Wait for me for a moment, and I'll catch up soon."

In front of the first breathtaking sight of the Welcoming Pine on Mount Huangshan, everyone held up banners and took a group photo. Behind them was the vast sea of green pines and clouds. The smiles were confident and firm. The Welcoming Pine, rooted in the crevices of the rocks and enduring wind and snow, is just like our factory, which persisted through each peak delivery period - it was all thanks to this tenacity.

On the summit of the mountain, we shouted out our goal:

Finally, after a duration of 3 hours, the team gradually reached the summit at an altitude of 1860 meters.

The wind was strong at the top of the mountain. Everyone stood shoulder to shoulder and held hands, and together they shouted their resounding slogan: Unite our efforts to climb the peak, and work together towards the future!

The sound was blown away by the wind, but there was light shining in everyone's eyes.

The next day, the team set off by car for Hongcun, the most beautiful ancient village. As they entered the village, they were greeted by the spring water of Nanhu Lake and the graceful willows. The white and dark blue tiles of the Huizhou style were reflected in the water, forming a painting like ink wash. Everyone walked along the cobblestone path through the narrow alleys. They stopped by the Moon Pond and listened to the tour guide explain the layout wisdom of the "cow-shaped village".

PART 2 Dragon Bay, Uniting Forces

In the Ha Long Bay of Vietnam, thousands of kilometers away, the waters are calm and the mountains stand tall.

The management team of Dasen Vietnam set out on a boat, navigating among the strange peaks of the karst landscape, marveling at the divine craftsmanship of nature.

At the mooring area of the large ship, everyone was divided into groups to transfer to local traditional boats. They sailed among the water villages and low limestone caves. The boatmen rowed the boats, leading everyone into the water caves. The cave roof was adorned with stalactites hanging down, and water dripped with a tinkling sound.

Then we went ashore to visit the most famous cave in Dalong Bay - the Astonishing Cave. The entrance was not large, but once you entered, it became very spacious. Massive stalactite pillars and stalagmites cascaded like waterfalls, glowing in various colors under the light of the colored lamps. The tour guide said it had taken millions of years to form. As we took pictures, we couldn't help but exclaim: "It feels like we've entered an underground palace."

Team building is not just about the scenery; it's also about the cultivation of mutual understanding.

During the group activities and in the midst of laughter and joy, everyone strengthened their comprehension and trust.

Partners from different nationalities and with diverse cultural backgrounds, traveling together under the same group, wrote a new chapter of "integration", "respect" and "cooperation" in the gentle breeze of Halong Bay.

PART 3 Dual Lines, One Center, Steady Progress, Far-reaching Success

From the strange peaks and cloud seas of Mount Huangshan, to the clear waters and thousand-island scenery of Ha Long Bay;

From the "perseverance" of the factory in Jiangxi Province to the "international integration" of the factory in Vietnam;

Although geographically separated and with different languages, the same group, the same spirit, and the same goal have bound everyone together tightly.

One team-building event, two blossoming achievements.

We see the height from the mountain top, the breadth from the sea, and the warmth in each other's eyes.

The road ahead, we will continue to walk together hand in hand -
